Jah'Mar Coakley - Founder/Executive Director
Jah’Mar is an arts administrator with a background in both the creative and operational sides of the performing arts. He created ArtsNeeds to support studios, theaters, and arts organizations that are vital centers of creativity and culture. From this foundation, ArtsNeeds aims to grow into a comprehensive resource network that strengthens connections and supports growth throughout the arts community.
Kailey Jones - Operations and Program Manager
Kailey is a performer, arts administrator, and arts education advocate with over a decade of experience across the performing arts sector. Her work spans performance, nonprofit arts management, company operations, and educational programming, informed by a deep commitment to equitable access and artist development.
Our vision is to grow into a vibrant hub for resources, opportunity, and connection that powers careers, inspires collaboration, and strengthens the performing arts community from the inside out.
